Winter reflections at Owslin is an original oil painting by Yorkshire artist Jonathan Little that shows early sunshine on a January morning which offered some amazing shapes and colours following the heavy rains and flood water whilst walking to Hetton along a green lane in the Yorkshire Dales. The reflections in the water show the Yorkshire gate and Yorkshire dry stone wall.

I've walked this way many times, and previously painted this view in summer, but the early sunshine on a January morning offered some amazing shapes and colours following the heavy rains and flood water.
