Working across oil and charcoal, I document the relationship between people, place, and presence. Each piece develops through observation and process, balancing structure with spontaneity.
The Yorkshire Dales has been both home and inspiration for many years, fuelling my creativity with its ever-changing beauty. I spent my childhood in rural Buckinghamshire where I developed a long lasting love of the outdoors. I moved to the Yorkshire Dales early on in my working career and still find it to be one of the most inspiring and exhilarating places I have ever known. I love exploring the area and I am constantly inspired and energised by the beautiful landscapes I see every day.
